HVLP Sprayport - HV7000
The Earlex Professional SprayPort is an industrially rated, portable,
paint spraying system, designed specifically for spraying large
intricate jobs. The high volume low-pressure technology [HVLP]
allows you to spray with precision, but without all the excess
overspray that occurs when using high-pressure tank equipment.
What is HVLP?
HVLP (high volume, low pressure] technology means
that high volumes of air travel through a hose from the motor to
the spray gun at a low-medium air velocity or speed due to the
low pressure. The HVLP produces warm air which is mixed with the
paint and with the lower air velocity the paint particles stick
to the object and therefore, minimise the overspray. The result
is low volumes of paint accurately applied.

Features
HVLP technology allows paint to be distributed evenly providing
a professional finish. Ideal for ironwork, sheds & fences,
walls & ceilings, decking and furniture. For large and detailed
jobs, sprays as fine as 1 inch / 2.5cm with minimal overspray.
The spray gun has an easy to adjust nozzle creating three different
spray patterns. Can spray a variety of substances including emulsions,
water based glosses, enamels, acrylics, lacquers, varnishes and
polyurethane's.

areas or more intricate jobs.
Accessories
Your SprayPort gun is supplied to you with a 2.0mm diameter needle & fluid
tip. This is a good size for most applications, however, there are other sets
available to cater for a wider range of materials that you may want to spray.
